Your problem is probably caused by a road near a house or vacant lot that cannot be reached by immigrants. Hi LoneAsianCajun, welcome to Caesar III Heaven. It ended with someone requesting to see a save file of the player's game. ![]() I found a similar thread but the answers didn't come. There are no obstructions blocking their way to the nice little plots I have set up for them. Further, when I right-click on the Road to Rome, there are immigrants just standing outside ready to come in. My advisors tell me that all is well and people would love coming to my city. Once the casas were filled to capacity, immigrants stopped coming. Immigrants flooded the map but headed to the newly evolved small casas instead of hitting up the fresh plots. One of them is not far at all from the main settlement and another I wanted to put in the West to start up a separate section. Anyway, the thing is that I had a small city going with great commerce and food production until I started needing some more workers. ![]() This is really the first problem I have encountered that hasn't been my own fault. I'm a long-time Caesar III player and have only just now joined these forums.
